Are women in Japan now safe from harassment by sex maniacs?

While “deluded” tourists think that Japan is the “perfect” country, internally the police are installing “anti-voyeurism” mirrors to prevent sex maniacs from filming the butts of their children, teenagers and women on escalators, as is installed at the Yagoto train station in Nagoya-Shi.

For a country that already has video cameras spread out everywhere and even separate women's train carriages to avoid harassers and so far nothing has stopped sexual attacks, the solution would be stricter laws to protect women. But when each of these harassers are arrested, they spend so little time in jail that this type of crime is more encouraged than actually subdued.
